More than FIVE hours to cross from Sorong to get to this remote place in the southern part of Raja Ampat. But every corner of Misool is worth a visit.
Misool Island one of four largest islands in the Raja Ampat archipelago.
The crystal clear turquoise sea waters allow spectacular views of Misool’s underwater colorful treasures even when still aboard your boat.
The island is heavily forested, and to the east and west of the island, a maze of limestone pinnacles jut sharply out of the blue sea.
The rare beaches on Misool are pure white sand, fringed with coconut trees leading out to the stunningly turquoise waters.
Some popular spots in Misool such as Love Hill, Harfat Peak, Balbulol, Yapap, Jellyfish Lake, and Keramat Cave.
